1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Swords of Glory: Return of the Sultans application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including trademarks, copyrights, and databases, remain the exclusive property of BE BROTHER STUDIOS LTD. You agree not to:

• Copy or modify the App or its components
• Attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative versions or translations

3. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Charge for services with prior notice
• Terminate access without notification

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain device security (avoid jailbreaking/rooting)
• Bear all data/network charges
• Keep devices charged for proper functionality

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services with their own terms:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• GameAnalytics

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Service interruptions due to network issues
• Device compatibility problems
• Data charges from mobile providers
• Losses from reliance on App content

7. Updates & Termination

You agree to:

• Install updates to continue using the App
• Cease use immediately upon termination
• Remove the App if discontinued

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

10. User Conduct, Extortion, and Systemic Defamation Campaigns

Standard of Conduct: All users must act in good faith and maintain respectful conduct both inside and outside the Game. Any form of cyber-extortion, threats, or defamation targeted at the Game's management, developers, or affiliates is strictly prohibited.

Review Manipulation & Extortion: Any attempt to threaten or coerce the Game administration by organizing, instigating, or participating in malicious, coordinated negative review campaigns ("Review Bombing") on official marketplaces (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store) constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Service.

Enforcement & Disciplinary Actions: If a user is found to be engaged in extortion or targeted defamation campaigns, as evidenced by linking their in-game identity to negative reviews or issuing threats through internal or external communication channels such as Discord, Telegram, or social media, the Game Management reserves the absolute right, without prior notice, to take the following measures:

• Immediate and Permanent Ban: Permanently ban the user's in-game account, including the forfeiture of all associated digital assets, virtual currencies, and progress.
• Device and Network Block: Apply a Device ID, IDFV, or IP ban to permanently restrict the offender from creating new accounts or accessing the Game servers from the same hardware or network.

Legal Escalation & Platform Reporting: The Game Management reserves the right to submit all collected evidence to legal authorities and platform providers (Apple and Google) to pursue further action against the offender's store accounts.
